| 1. Call us at (413) 454-2222 or email us to place your order, get your total, and mail us a check | ||||||
| 2. Order with a credit card on the Gallery Puzzles page by following steps 1-4 below: | ||||||
| 1) Choose an image from our Image Gallery and make note of the title! | ||||||
| 2) On the Gallery Puzzles page, write the image title in the box next to your choice of puzzle size. | ||||||
| 3) Click the "Add to Cart" button next to the puzzle size you would like. | ||||||
| 4) Enter your customer and billing information on the next page--we do not share any of it! | ||||||

International shipments must email or call to place orders, as we need to determine shipping costs for your order (e.g., shipping to London is approximately $90). | |||||

Your handcut jigsaw puzzles will ship in 2-6 weeks from the time your payment is received, depending on puzzle size and the season. I don't begin a puzzle until I receive the check due to the great labor-intensity of the puzzling process, but I don't deposit the check until I'm cutting the puzzle. | |||||

Christmas/Holiday season orders should be placed well in advance--before November is best. Although I will do my best to cut and ship every puzzle ordered for the Holidays in time for the Holidays, orders placed after November 30th may get shipped in January--in this case, if you'd like, we can send you or the gift recipient a gift card saying the puzzle is being cut and will arrive in January. | |||||
